At our 2024 budget ratification meeting we reviewed oil royalty amounts for the previous year. Some members wanted to know the names of the two companies the HOA receives royalties from. The two companies are:

OXY Oil (Contact Phone: 713-215-7231 | Contact email: [email protected] )

The board also mentioned that after the property management switchover, one of the companies was not sending us our royalty check and we were in the process of getting that resolved. We have worked with OXY Oil to update our new property management information, and we are expecting roughly $28,000 in additional oil royalties for the 2023 year. When we receive this amount, it should be reflected on our income statements.
