Last year, was the first year that the board wrote out expectations for the landscapers. The document or contract is called a “Performance Work Statement.” This documents sets our expectations with the landscapers and ensures they agree to the terms.
Since last year was the first year we used this document, we found many changes that needed to be incorporated this year. We’ve made changes, including modifications to ensure the natural grass areas are better cared for. Please take a look at the document so you understand our agreement.
We need everyone in the community to help keep an eye on things and if you feel what’s laid out in our PWS is not being met, please feel free to contact the board, or the landscape company for emergencies.
