The Annual Meeting will be IN PERSON ONLY as stated by the board at the last board meeting. This is due to voting and technical issues.
For residents that cannot attend please fill out the proxy attached and email it to [email protected].
The annual meeting will be this Thursday February 9th at 6pm and sign in begins at 5:45pm. The meeting is at the Johnstown YMCA.
We look forward to seeing you at the 2023 Annual and Budget Ratification meeting. A PDF copy of the meeting notice is attached to this email along with the proposed 2023 budget. The notice and the budget have also been mailed to every owner via USPS and will be available on the portal at www.gotomyhoa.com.
