Setup Online Payments – PropertyPay (CIT Bank)
Visit https://propertypay.cit.com for detailed instructions, walk through sheets and videos on how to setup your online payments.

NOTE: Payments may be made through your account portal or mobile app after registration.

1.) Go to https://propertypay.cit.com
2.) Select the Sign Up button to register
3.) Review and agree to the Terms & Conditions
4.) Enter your information.
– Lockbox Check Payment Information:
– Management ID: 3174
– Associaion ID: CFH1
– Property / Account Number can be found on your welcome letter. If you need assistance in locating this, contact the community manager below.
5.) Create an account – enter your name, email address
and password
6.) Select Create Account
7.) Select Continue; for your security, after creating an account, you will be asked to log in using your email address and password
