There were several dead grass areas that appeared this year. We are not happy with this. Personally, I believe this was caused from sprinklers not watering sections of the grass correctly or it may be winter-kill. We were told that it was too hot to repair these grass sections a few months ago. Now that it is getting cooler and raining allot, we will get them repaired. Work will begin to repair these grass areas the week of August 29th. Our new irrigation system should help us be able to water the repaired grass sections more easily and more frequently.

Please stay off these areas as the grass will be reseeded and take some time to start growing.
