Residents of the Carlson Farm HOA,
Over the last few months, the Board has been reviewing our annual contracts and vendors. After much consideration, we have decided to terminate our contract with “Poudre Property Services” or their new recently changed name “NoCo Real Estate Solutions.” The Board has awarded the new contract to “Blue Hawk” (https://www.bluehawkmgmt.net/). We chose Blue Hawk because we felt they were the best company to help the Board be more transparent and communicate more effectively with our residents. Blue Hawk also came with many great references from other nearby communities. We understand that making changes like this will impact our residents and we ask for patience through the transition. Blue Hawk will be contacting residents to provide more information about the transition.
The Board has also selected “Association Reserve” (https://www.reservestudy.com/) to perform a “reserve study” that looks at our current assets and their health, in order to ensure the HOA Board is properly planning for repairs and maintenance. The assessment will also consider current HOA payments and evaluate if dues will need to be modified in order to properly plan and maintain the Carlson Farm community.
The Board has scheduled this year’s annual meeting for February 9th at 6:30 PM at the YMCA or you may virtually attend. We will provide additional details regarding the annual meeting as we get closer to that date.
