Because we are having the meeting virtually, the ballots need to be returned to Sandra at Poudre Property Services no later than December 6th to be counted in this election. Ballots can be mailed or emailed to Sandra at Poudre Property Services using the information on the ballot page.
To reach a quorum for this meeting, we will need 10% of the homeowners in good standing to vote and turn in their ballot to Sandra no later than December 6th. This equates to 37 ballots. YOU GET 3 VOTES SO YOU COULD VOTE FOR ALL 3 MEMBERS. Please completely fill out the ballot including your name and address and sign the ballot. Ballots without name, address, and signatures won’t be included in the voting.
